Dear investors,
When we opened our first round, we had a prototype that crashed twice during the demo and a pitch deck we rewrote eleven times. Many of you invested anyway. Some of you sent notes saying you had used tools like ours and been let down. Some of you just liked that we were honest about what we didn't know yet.
We've kept every one of those notes. On hard weeks, and there were several, we read them out loud at team meetings. They reminded us that this company is not only ours.
This year we crossed a line we once thought was a long way off: invest-test pays for itself. That changes what we can do next, and it means your support is now compounding instead of keeping the lights on.
We will keep writing to you plainly, with the numbers that matter, the mistakes included. That is the least we owe the people who made this possible.

Investor questions
When is the next shareholder update?
Quarterly updates go out in the second week of January, April, July and October. The next one lands on 12 January 2027.
How do I update my contact or bank details?
Log in to your investor portal and open Settings → Account. Changes are confirmed by email within one business day.
Will there be another community round?
Nothing is planned for 2027. If that changes, existing investors get first access for 72 hours before anyone else.
Can I visit the team?
Yes. We host an open investor day in Lisbon every June. Invitations go out to everyone on the cap table in March.
